Who makes the MAB Mito 12g auto semi auto shotgun?

It is made by by a company called Moschetto Automatico Beretta. it was made for the army, police and public use up to 2004 then it was passed over to Benelli, the Benelli version is called a Benelli M1 90. I have a MAB Mito after looking on the internet, i think i have got this right.
