Go to the web-page you want to set as home-page. Then when your on the web-page, klick on the icon where it says example. wiki answers, and there is the a. Klick with your mouse on the icon, then drag the page up to the little house you can see higher on the left, and then there comes a pop-up window where theres a question that says: "Do you want to setthis page as homepage?", then just klick yes, if it is the page.
