Why is Cameron dallas arrested by police?

He was never arrested, if you've seen photos of him handcuffed with a police officer behind him, he was doing a video in his appartment it was like paint twister, and a person walking by outside compliained that soming like paint fell on them so then the police came and he got questioned!!
