I'm assuming you're asking if going to a tanning bed will "reverse the effects" of unprotected sex. No. If you have unprotected sex and sperm makes it to the egg and its the "right time of the month," pregnancy will occur. A tanning bed, hot bath or any other tricks will not make any difference.
