Can you get rid of gauge ears?

Well the process is as long as getting the piercings stretched in the first place, you work backwards and allow the piercings to recede as much as possible down each gauge. Keep in mind once you are over 0 or 00 you are pretty much stuck with what you have, only time will allow the tissue to shrink there is no magic cure or quick fix. So you just need to hurry up and wait.

You can try leaving them empty and see if there's any improvement after 6 months or so, which I doubt. If waiting doesn't work for you, you might need to consult with a plastic surgeon.
