How do you write a letter to bank manager for restart old account?

To the bank manager. with due respect i would inform you that i have a saving account of your bank, bearing account number ................... .since 1.5 year i did not any transaction of your bank. because of my some unavoidable personal problem. so i think continue my saving account. please give me request to the bank manager to resolve problem. thanks
