Why does a dandelion make fuzzy seeds?

I take it you mean why are dandelion seeds fluffy and that is so the wind can disperse them, or spread them to other places to grow. Another thing about dandelions they are actually very good, and anyone in general should look up the benefits of them before trying to kill them with toxic herbicides.
