Does mechanics make a living

Of course mechanics make a living, sometimes it all depends on the "type" of mechanic, right now there is a high demand for diesel mechanics, they start off at 100,000.00 a year!! the lowest is motorcycle mechanics because there are more people owning vehicles rather than motorcycles!
