Why do people put viruses on LimeWire?

There are two main reasons, this is because they want to mess up your computer and put keyloggers/ trojans onto your system. Keyloggers are a piece of equipment that records anything you type and are used to steal passWords for online games and other stuff like that and the other reason is to put trojans/other viruses on your computer. Trojans are huge viruses that completely mess up your computer and you'll most likely need a new computer if you've got a Trojan. Why do they do it? because they have nothing else to do.

To stop this you should scan your computer regularily for viruses.
