We all experience such feeling at different times in our lives. Keep in mind that life is about adapting to changes. And change is a natural part of life. If you really feel bad, and it's affecting your ability to do you daily activities, then you may want to talk to someone that can help you get a better perspective on life.

If you are 18 or over, you could see a counselor, life coach, psychologist, or religious leader.

If you are under 18, I suggest you find an adult that you trust and talk to them about it. If you would feel more comfortable talking to someone other than your parents, then you could talk to your school guidance counselor.
