Where is 1996 Acura electronic load detector?

It's in the under-hood fuse box. Well, It's actually mounted in the underside of the fuse box. If you undo the 3 bolts holding the fuse box on and lift it out, you'll see that you can remove the bottom panel of it; the ELD (Electronic Load Detector) is in there. If it is faulty, you have to replace the whole fuse box though.
