What are the average expenses for a family of four with kids growing from birth to college?

This question, more specifically, is asking: How much would the parents of two children born one right after another, spend per year as the kids grow from age 0 to about 18, when they (hopefully) go to college? This includes gas for two average mid-size sedans, food for the whole family (estimate the kids appetites by age), insurance (life, health, car, and homeowners), house payment for an average suburban house (fixed rate of 6%, loan of $500,000), basic stuff like water, electric, heat, phone, internet, TV, and furniture.
