Can you use a closed YouTube account?

No, but if the closed account was originally yours then you can reopen it and use it again by folwing the below steps:::

1> Contact YouTube's Customer Support - go to google.com/support/YouTube/bin/request.py">http://www.google.com/support/YouTube/bin/request.py

2> You'll have a couple of options under 'Contact Us', select 'Account Issue'

3> Click on 'Continue'

4> Click on 'Reopen account'

5> And then Click on 'Contact Us'
