Are 34AA breasts a small size for a girl who is sixteen years old?

I always wonder the same thing as I am sixteen and 34 AA. It isn't though. Ofcourse alot of girls our age have full C cups or D's and some double D's, but some people are late bloomers. If you are a petite girl like me (5"3 and 97/98 lbs.), then that could explain it but with time they will grow. I'm sure hoping mine grow soon too.
