What agencies offer beagle adoption?

Beagles can be adopted from any national, state or local agency offering pet adoption, such as the ASPCA, Humane Society or PAWS. Adoptions can sometimes also be done through a pet store such as Petco or PetSmart in conjunction with a local shelter. If no beagles are available, local and national breed-specific rescues do exist, but their rules and standards can extremely strict and often prospective adopters fail to qualify.
