351W won't start after intake and carb swap?

another thing, is i have the timing set at tdc, so it should start atleast on that part. I put in a edelbrock performer 351 intake on it with a holley 600 cfm 4 barrel carb with electric choke as opposed to the stock automatic with the hot air line from the exhaust manifold. I have all the vaccuum lines that the car has hooked up, but there is one other on the carb towards the bottom front right...any ideas? please help. thanks Your timing needs to be set about 10 BTDC. It will probably not start at TDC.
