What does Cultural enrichment mean?

Its a modern term which means experiencing another culture. For example, going to eat in a restaurant of a different culture can provide enrichment to the individual. By seeing a different way of thinking, a different way of life, or even eating a different food, the individual can become more creative, and have a better means of measuring or judging even his own cultural norms.
