Here are the steps you need:
- Type your complete question in the white bar at the top of the page - this needs to be a proper sentence with nouns and verbs, not just a few Words!
- IF this question is already answered -- it may not be the exact Words you wrote, but it may be the same thing you just asked in other Words -- then you will be shown some of the possible questions. Just click on the one that is closest to the one you're asking.
- IF this question does not have anything similar, just hit the "ask question" button at the bottom one more time.
- Pick at least one category for your question -- don't pick silly ones, as people often search by category and will not answer your question if it's not in their category
- Wait. It can take minutes, days, weeks, even months or years for someone to come along who knows the answer to your question!
- One note -- do NOT answer the question yourself if you really want to know an answer. Do not retype the question again, or try to clarify it, or try to discuss anything! Writing anything in the answer spot takes the question out of the line to be answered and puts it into the "already answered" spot.
