Can you name your sims in sims 2 castaway?

Unfortunately, in the Sim's game Freeplay you cannot change your Sim's name. If you want a different name for the character you have to delete it and start again. I actually think that u can use ultimate makeover which costs twelve l.p. but u can use that to change there names
