Can nicotine lozenges cause excess gas?

LOL!!! YES!!! OMG! I use the lozenges and the gum. I fart every three to four minutes. I mean I blast ‘em out! Boom!! Boom!! I laugh real loud! The smell is horrible but I have my Glade right next to me. BOOM! BOOM!!! Both of us use constantly but she doesn’t fart like I do. We both take mega vitimins but I take about six more then her. Sometimes they slip out on their own but I make sure I don’t get cheated out of an explosion so I push hard at the end and the room shakes!! Boom! Boom!! Spray! I counted 14 big bombs during the time it took to write this!!….,, wait….. BOOM!
