With this diet, you start your day with a glass of lemonade and eat fruit for breakfast, within 30 minutes of the lemonade. Lunch consists of a vegetable salad and for dinner you are allowed to have grilled fish and salad. You can snack on lemonade and fruit or nuts twice a day and drink another glass of lemonade 2 hours before bedtime.
