How do you write a one minute speech on culture?

A one minute speech is not a lot of time, so you have to choose a specific topic about culture. Some ideas are: the types of art today, entertainment today, the effects of computers on culture, etc. Choose one or two specific things about your topic to talk about, and then write a short introduction, the body of the speech, and a short conclusion.
