Water has absolutely nothing in it. No fat, no carbohydrates, no sugars, no protein, and certainly no calories.
Water is just as its name suggests, water: 2 parts hydrogen, one part oxygen, although with each litre of water you drink (it is said you burn calories as your throat swallows) you burn around 3-4 calories!
