How do you make unpopular job more attractive in order to retain employees?

Exaggerate. Say that its really worth doing and that you get good pay (for what the job is). Try to make it intresting and if there are any good qualities, no matter how small, always say them. Advertise how 'good' the job it. If your advertising, try to make the advert atttractive by using colours, bold clear writting, be straight to the point when advertising, say all the good things/points. DO NOT SAY ANYTHING THAT MIGHT EITHER AFFEND PEOPLE OR SAY ANY BAD QUALITIES!!!!
