If you are asked to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth and your the main witness what if you say no?

Umm... You want to take your self out of the court room or should the Balif? You should be obligated to say Yes, but if you say No, it won't be very good. Because then there is no trial and the case is still open. Which automatically proves you guilty.
