Compared to a bike and a razor pocket rocket is 15mph fast?

that is not fast at all i am 15 and i have a gas powered one and it will do 45 mph easy i put a speedometer on it but it does get pretty dangerous at those speeds if you don't have much ex. on them. i can keep up with my mom in her car when she is doing 25 on my bmx bike so all in all it really isn't that fast lol
