go to www.gmail.com and click the i cant access my account and click the radio button "I forgot my passWord". then Click the passWord recovery page and give your username. Then Type the characters you see in the picture properly. then correctly answer the security question and click submit. if you forget it you may clicking Change your passWord by sending an email to your secondary address. then type new passWord twice and reset the passWord
