1st president to die in office?

A total of eight United States Presidents have died in office. Some of them are William Henry Harrison, Zachary Taylor, Abraham Lincoln, and James Garfield. The others are William McKinley, Warren G. Harding, Franklin D. Roosevelt, and John F. Kennedy.
