Is it safe to take phenylephrine with Wellbutrin?

Phenylephrine is in some Hemorrhoidal ointments with a warning to check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking depression medications. I take Bupropion (Wellbutrin).

Today I woke from a nap breathing heavily and feeling weak and shaky. May or may not be related, but I will take this issue to my local pharmacist and see what they say.
