You go to the right where you will see a bar floating. Grab the bottle of liquor. It will give you a aiming thing. Point it at the glass on your right and then the glass on the left. The water will float up and you jump on the chairs and push them towards her. Once she jumps onto the chair push it towards the stairs/door/exit. Remember she cant swim.
