Depends what the other drugs are. If you're on any vitamin or mineral supplements, you need a food supplement without any of those vitamins or minerals in. If you're immunocompromised (i.e pregnant, elderly, having/just had chemo, on immuno-suppressants etc...) don't take a food supplement with pre/pro biotics in. Your best choice is probably a childrens multivitamin. Don't take anything with more than 75% RDA of anything, just to be on the safe side, and don't take anything with stuff that you don't need in it. Alternatively, "weight gain/muscle building" powders (look for low calorie, without caffeine or guarana, for general day-to-day use) have a range of useful vitamins in them.
