Should 13 year olds french kiss?

Yes. A 13 year old doesn't belong with an 18 year old. The 18 year old is now an adult and the 13 year old is a minor. If french kissing is going on something more is likely to happen or all ready has. The 18 year can be charged with rape since the 13 year old is a minor. It is rape even if she consents to the events that happened/will happen. I would wonder why a 18 year old would be interested in a 13 year old girl and only think of one reason and that is for sex.
