What are correct measurements for men's shirts and suits?

I would look at wikipedia for the sizes on shirts: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/US_standard_clothing_size#Men I can't tell you on pant sizes though. Also its interesting because using calculators like the one here: http://www.fitnessandfreebies.com/fitness/4men.html the sizes are all wrong for me. I have a very skinny waist, long legs and big hips. So I would say its going to depend on the person and you will have outliers. The average inseam I have seen on pants is 32' though.
