Can cotton candy expire

if it gets wet or damp, it will be come hard but cotton cany is just sugar and White sugar doesn't go stale as such, the biggest problem is keeping as dry as possible. If you keep it in an airtight container, not simply the paper bag, it should not go damp and hard, and will last for ever. if out of airtite container i would say 2 days :]
