Ive been suffering for terrible heartburn and 2 weeks ago i had very tender breasts and nausea i took a pregnancy test which was negative however my period is now 4 days late am i pregnant?

I would suggest you take another pregnancy test, because of your symptoms there is a high chance you may be pregnant. Your last period may of been infact an implantation bleeding, and i would say a test would work better now than it would of the last time you tried. Take care!
