Most of us would like to think so.

It depends on your outlook on life; your perspective. An Existentialist would say "no, but you have to live like there is anyway" an Nihilist would say "no." A Christian would say "yes, God has a plan for everyone", while an atheist would probably say "let me eat your baby!" Lol, jk, they would probably say "it depends, most of us would like to think so."
