Can a WASP become a Jew and a Hebrew?

WASP is a somewhat unflattering term for a white non-Jew (White Anglo-Saxon Protestant). If a White Anglo-Saxon Protestant converted to Judaism, he or she would be considered a Jew.

(FYI, the term "Hebrew", in reference to people, is outdated and should be avoided).
