Where do you catch dodrio on Pokemon SoulSilver?

To catch a Metapod in Pokemon SoulSilver (And in Pokemon HeartGold as well), you have to enter the Bug Catching Contest at The National Park on Tuesdays, after you obtain the National Pokedex.
