Is it wrong to touch your own private parts?

it is wrong to touch yourself in your private part just for an orgasim or enjoyment in front of someone or at work or any where like: work, store, school, office, bank, driving, etc. all though i have to admit its normal for someone to "play with themselves" for emjoyment just make sure no one sees you. answer: no its not wrong to touch yourself as long as your somewhere private like a restroom or your house behind closed doors.
