DO hospitals pay weekly

No unfortunately they pay bi-weekly. I have been searching for one that does pay weekly since leaving my job at a small hospital off the coast of Massachusetts that does pay weekly. I have been unable to find any weekly pay in Delaware, Arizona or Florida. Therefore i will probably land up going thru an agency and getting paid about 10 less per hour.
