How can you tell if someone is using steroids?

Steroids / steroidal drugs should only be taken on the advice of a doctor or other recognised medical professional. You should also be aware that they are an illegal or controlled substance if obtained without a prescription.

As such the only way you should be in possession of steroids is after having them prescribed to you.
