Baby boys can be born without foreskins but this is a rare occasion. In certain cultures, boys who are born with foreskins are required to be circumcised at birth.

t is very unusual for boys to be born without a Prepuce It is in fact a deformity, like being being born with any other body part missing. the condition is known as aposthia. this is an unfortunate condition as it will effect the boys pleasure in sexual relationships for the rest of his life. the foreskin is complex doubled over layer of skin with highly enervated mucous membrane where it is in contact with the glans of the penis. at the time of birth it is normally still firmly fused to the glans and will come loose in time. it should never be interfered with as this will damage the penis seriously.
