Can you go in a jacuzzi if you have a concussion?

After getting hit tin the head, I thought sitting in the hot tub the next day would help me relax and especially help my neck and back muscles. After 15 minutes I got out and had a huge head rush. My head felt like it was going to explode it was throbbing so badly and I got very dizzy. For the next 24 hours I had a severe headache and dizziness. The hot tub is a bad idea for 2 weeks after a concussion
