How is the water snail similar to the cockroach?

It's really hard to get rid off because one snail today means 20 in 7 days and 100 in 14 days and so on. The easiest way is to put a slice of cucumber, tied to a little weight and to a string, into the water, leave it over night and you'll have snails all over it! just fish the out :D
