You can lose arm fat by doing multiple simple exercises that anyone can do from the comfort of their home. Results should show in 7 to 14 days if you are consistent and dedicated to losing stubborn arm fat. You should begin with arm circles forwards and backwards for 30 seconds. Followed by pushing your arms up and down horizontally for 30 seconds. Next you want to place your arms at a 90 degree angle beside you and straighten and return back to a 90 degree angle for 30 seconds. Following that you want to place your arms at a 90 degree angle and bring the in and out touching your ears every time you bring your arms in. Next you want to place your hands together over your head and chop backwards touching the back of your neck for 30 seconds. After you complete each exercise you should take a quick second to get water if you needed and repeat all of those exercises for a second set. This routine should be done at least once a day when you wake up or before you go to sleep.
If you have any pain doing any of these exercises you should try these stretches. Put your one arm behind your head with your elbow above your head and your palm on your upper back. Gently place you other hand on your elbow and pull your arm backwards for 15-30 seconds and switch. Next put your arm across your chest and place your other hands forearm above your elbow and pull back towards your chest for about 15-30 seconds. And lastly I would recommend doing shoulder shrugs forwards and backwards while moving your shoulders in a circular rotation.
