How do you treat your staff with integrity respect and empathy?

Get to know your staff. There is no way to truly answer this question. If you get to know them: their skills, personalities, etc., you can work better with them. Encouraging and empowering them when you work as a team would show your integrity for certain. Respect and Empathy are something that you have to foster in yourself. You have to understand people fully to raise this awareness.
