How do you change rear turn signal bulb on a 2004 Cadillac DeVille?

They don't make these cars for a shade tree fixer, you almost have to take it back to the dealer, unless you have the right tools. And they are counting on you not having them. Good luck. Had the same problem on my 98 DeVille.
