When was the last leap year?

Well, I'm pretty sure all you have to do is figure out the last leap year and subtract four... Which, of 2011, would be 2008. In case you're struggling with your calculator to figure out the answer, it would be 2008, 2004, 2000, 1996, 1992.

Oh, I'm sorry that was 5... But i wouldn't expect you to figure that out on your own...
