How do you dye your hair on Poptropica?

I'm pretty sure that there is a hair dying thing in 24 Carrot. First you go 2 the diner place, and there are cups with different colors. You click on a cup (in this case, brown) and your hair turns that color. I'm not sure if there is another way.
