How should one deal with human sexuality to promote healthy family?

If they have true love they deal each other with sexuality,and the way to promote healthy family is to have your physical exercises regularly and especially don't forget your fitness.And im sure that if the one you have sex with has communicable diseases her/his diseases will transfer in you and it is the reason why both of you had this disease.And this is why many of people have communicable diseases because they dont know that the one he/she have sex with had like this disease.
